Open Women

All women under 40 years old are considered to be in the “Open” category, although anyone can run on an open team regardless of age, in USATF LDR Championship races. All abilities are welcome.

You must be a current USATF member, and you must be age verified to race – for details on age verification, click here.

Certain races in the USATF NJ Grand Prix are designated as Open events (also look at “all divisions”) – follow this link to see which upcoming races are designated as team championship events – anyone can run for the team in these races. Often team captains will be able to provide incentives to run some of these races, so get in touch with your team captain if a race is approaching and you have not heard from them.
